Shipping & Processing
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Shipping rates are provided by our shipper, they determine costs based on ship to address and weight.
All purchases are shipped from our San Francisco restaurant location on weekdays to arrive within five to seven business days of receipt of the order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. All orders placed after 3:00pm (PT) will be processed the next business day. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed and shipped on Monday, unless Monday is a holiday.
We regret that we cannot ship to a P.O. BOX address or foreign countries.

Are gift cards cash?
Yes, PLEASE TREAT GIFT CARDS LIKE CASH. The value of the card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
Do gift cards expire?
Gift cards do not expire and are valid until redeemed.
How do I purchase a gift card?
You may purchase a gift card at any of our locations or online at our store - thestinkingrosestore.com.
What denominations are available to purchase?
You can purchase a gift card in any amount up to $200 online. You can purchase a gift card in any amount at any of our locations.
Can I purchase a gift card and have it mailed directly to someone?
For purchases on our website we offer direct shipping to anyone with a valid street address or PO BOX. Some restrictions apply.
Can I purchase a gift card on your website and have it left at the restaurant?
Yes, please enter the restaurant address as the shipping address and leave a note in the comments stating that you wish to have the gift card held at the restaurant with the date you will be picking up the card or any reseravtion information, like name, time and date you have. What are the shipping methods I can choose from?
You can select Standard Mail, UPS 3-Day Select or UPS Ground.
When will my order ship?
All orders placed after 3:00pm (PT) will be processed the next business day. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed and shipped on Monday, unless Monday is a holiday.
Where can I use my gift card?
All our gift cards can be redeemed at The Stinking Rose - San Francisco, The Stinking Rose - Beverly Hills, Calzone's, Crab House at Pier 39, Franciscan Crab Restaurant, Salito's, The Old Clam House and The Dead Fish.

What is a virtual gift card?
A virtual gift card is delivered instantly by email to your recipents, without any fees.
Do virtual gift cards expire?
Virtual gift cards do not expire and are valid until redeemed.
How do virtual gift cards work?
Once you place your order with Treatful they will send you an email for you to print out. Just bring the print out to The Stinking Rose.
Is there a physical card involved?
No physical cards, everything is digital.
Once I place my order, when will it be delivered to the recipient?
The recipient will receive an email with their virtual gift card on the date that you select.
Purchase or use of this card consitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
